Terms and Conditions of Sale
Article 1 - Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern sales concluded on gripta.shop between GRIPTA ("the seller") and any non-commercial individual ("the customer"). Any order implies their unreserved acceptance.
Article 2 - Product
GRIPTA is a forearm and grip trainer: a ball of about 5 cm in matte ABS, equipped with five stainless steel springs terminated by silicone rings, weighing about 200 g. It is a sports training accessory, not a medical device.
The photographs and diagrams presented on the site are illustrative and educational. They do not constitute a promise of results. No progression time is guaranteed: the progression of grip strength depends on the starting point, frequency of use, and the rest of the customer's training.
Article 3 - Price
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included, delivery included for metropolitan France. No additional fees are added during payment. The seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; the applicable price is that displayed at the time of order validation.
Article 4 - Order
The order is validated after payment acceptance. A confirmation email summarizing the order is sent immediately. The seller reserves the right to cancel any order showing an abnormal or fraudulent character, with full refund.
Article 5 - Payment
Payment is made by credit card, Apple Pay, or PayPal, via a secure payment page operated by Shopify Payments. Bank details never pass through the seller's servers and are never communicated to them.
Article 6 - Delivery
Shipped from France within 24 business hours, delivery in 2 to 5 business days with tracking. Detailed terms are on the Delivery and Shipping page.
Article 7 - Right of withdrawal and returns
The customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal (Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code), commercially extended to 30 days by the seller, whether the product is used or not, with return costs borne by the seller. The terms are on the Returns and Refunds page.
Article 8 - Guarantees
The customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code, 2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). The seller adds a commercial guarantee of 6 months on the springs.
Article 9 - Safety of use
The product stresses the tendons of the hand and forearm. In case of ongoing tendinitis, joint pain, or wrist or elbow pathology, the customer must seek the advice of a health professional before use. The product contains small parts and must be kept out of reach of children under 3 years of age.

Article 11 - Disputes and mediation
These GTC are subject to French law. In case of dispute, the customer first contacts the seller. Failing agreement, they can use the consumer mediator free of charge, whose contact details are on the Legal Notice page, or the European online dispute resolution platform.
