Delivery Times
Dispatch — your order will be dispatched within 24 business hours after payment validation.
Delivery — 2 to 5 business days after dispatch, with a tracking number sent by email as soon as the package leaves.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.
Delivery Fees
Delivery is included in the displayed price. No additional fees are added at the final payment step. The amount displayed on the product page is the amount you pay, including tax.
Order Tracking
A confirmation email is sent to you immediately after the order, then a second email containing the tracking number at the time of dispatch. If you do not receive anything within 48 business hours, please check your spam folder then write to us.
Package Not Received or Damaged
If the tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, or if the package arrives damaged, please write to us at rayanben9586@gmail.com with your order number. We will reship or refund without asking you to return a broken product.
