30 days to try it
You have 30 days after receipt to return the product to us, whether used or not. This commercial guarantee is in addition to the legal right of withdrawal of 14 days provided for in article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, and does not replace it.
Legal right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify your decision. To exercise it, write to us at rayanben9586@gmail.com indicating your order number.
How to return
- Write to rayanben9586@gmail.com with your order number.
- We will reply within 24 business hours with a prepaid return label.
- Drop off the package at the indicated relay point or post office.
Return shipping costs are at our expense.
Refund
The refund is made within 14 days after receipt of the returned package, using the payment method used when ordering. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is initiated.
Spring Guarantee
The five steel springs are the wear part of this product. If one of them breaks within six months of receipt, under normal use, we will replace the ball free of charge and without asking you to return the old one.
Legal Guarantees
Regardless of the foregoing, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 and following of the Consumer Code) for 2 years, and the legal guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code).
